Rankings use Bayesian weighted averages: score = (v / (v + m)) x R + (m / (v + m)) x C, where R is the raw average, v is the number of ratings, C is the global mean across all tracks, and m is a confidence threshold. Tracks with many ratings show scores close to their raw average, while tracks with few ratings are pulled toward the global mean. This rewards community consensus over individual outliers.
